The 2015 edition of Dr. Chike Nwankwo football competition for secondary school students in Nanka kicked off today at the Neros sports stadium Nanka. Three matches were billed for today.
In Group B, the match between Ubahu and Amako ended in a walk over, as Amako failed to make appearance in today’s match, thus Ubahu (defending champion) started their title defense on a light note, 3 goals to nil. A minute silence was observed before the commencement of the match for the soul of the late Engr. Chiemerie Ezeilo, former President of ubahu students Union.
