On 23rd of September, 2023, Nanka Students Union ably led by Comr Ewezugachukwu Nwankwo paid a courtesy visit to High Chief Jacob Enemuo, Enyi Nanka. The president was accompanied by Umudala Village Coordinator, Comr Nkachukwu Ezeobi, Enugwu Nanka village Coordinator, Comr Precious Ugbor, who left after a short time due to another engagement and Agbanari Chinonso.

The Students Union Representatives thanked Enyi Nanka for the warm reception even though it was an emergency visit. He was presented an award of honor for having supported the Union in different capacities in the past and the most importantly, for having sponsored a good number of underprivileged students of Nanka. He was also informed by the Students Union Representatives on the loopholes in our community development especially in the aspect of youths and students development, thus the need for peace to be restored in Nanka community. Also, the Nanka Students Union Revival Magazine themed: Rebuilding the Home of Elites was presented to him by the President as a banner of peace raised by Nanka Students Union.

With joy, Enyi Nanka received the gift and the magazine. He appreciated the efforts of Nanka Students Union especially in their consciousness on community development. In his words, “I am happy that we have people who are ready to take over from us, the elders and people who knows the importance of peace and love in human community.” Enyi Nanka promised to contribute his quota to make sure that peace is restored in Nanka. He encouraged the students to always be open to truth and promise to host them anytime they are prepared.
